San Francisco Zoo II

San Fransicso Zoo II is a social club of young professionals dedicated to expanding conservation, awareness, and encouraging financial support of the San Francisco Zoological Society and the San Francisco Zoo, while connecting to others in the community and enjoying a variety of social activities. SFZoo2 hosts quarterly “urban safari” happy hours in downtown San Francisco, as well as the annual “Fur Ball” at the SF Zoo.

The mission of the San Francisco Zoo is to connect people with wildlife, inspire caring for nature, and advance conservation action.

Piper has been a board member of SF Zoo II since 2011. She is currently the Vice President for the 2012-2013 year. For the 2011-2012 fiscal year, she served as Membership Chair. For the fundraising gala, the Fur Ball in October 2011, she served as the chair of the hostess committee. She is a social media coordinator and tweets for SFZooII @SFZoo2.

Piper will be co-chairing the Fur Ball this year with Allison McGann. The Fur Ball will be October 19, 2012 at the SF Zoo. Tickets are available here!
